Software Engineers
Location: Boston, MA
Role and Responsibilities:
Lattice Engines is always looking for exceptional software engineers to help us build our advanced suite of analytic applications.
We are particularly looking for engineers who enjoy hard problems, the kind that demand really strong software design and development skills. Our roles involve designing and implementing software alongside a small, top-notch development team. Successful candidates will enjoy learning new technologies in a collaborative, fast paced environment and be true self-starters.
Requirements:
- Strong academic background (CS, EE, Math, Physics) and either 2-6 years industry experience or very strong internships.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, and an interest in broadening this knowledge.
- Industry experience programming in C++ or C#.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- A strong sense of responsibility and an ability to drive projects through to completion.
- RDBMS experience would be helpful.
- While not required, experience on numerical software projects would be beneficial.
- For some positions, development experience at the compiler or database internals level would be very helpful.
- For some positions, experience designing rich web-based UI's would be very helpful.
