Making Smart Choices for your Technology Stack

Ever started looking for new marketing technology and wanted to run and hide because there are so many options and new ‘must-have’ solutions that it makes your head spin?

If so, the upcoming SiriusDecisions Technology Exchange conference in Austin is for you! There are a ton of great sessions that are going to take place that will help attendees learn to build a best-in-class tech stack for marketing and sales organizations, audit technology needs to eliminate wasted budget, and interact with technology vendors in an efficient and informed way. Some of the sessions I’m most looking forward to are:

  • Intent Monitoring: Deployment Considerations for Account-Based Marketing and Demand Creation with Kerry Cunningham and Matt Senatore - Understand how to evaluate core use cases and vendors to realize the benefits of intent monitoring for both account-based marketing and demand creation, and learn how intent monitoring enables the active demand stage of the new SiriusDecisions Demand Unit Waterfall™.
  • The Current and Future State of AI and Sales with Kerry Cunningham and Heidi Lanford - Understand the distinctions between AI, machine learning, deep learning and predictive analytics for b-to-b sales, and learn how AI processes and tools are being integrated into b-to-b sales processes, from optimizing territory planning to making sales forecasts more reliable.

In addition to the track sessions, there will be a ton of great content from all the vendors that are sponsoring the conference. Definitely check out the Verizon and Lattice Engines case study at 11:30 am on October 31, where we will be discussing how Verizon uses predictive to better align the marketing and sales teams to drive increased efficiencies and ultimately revenue.

With all of the subject matter experts that will attend the conference, there are lots of great chances for in-depth questions and conversations about what you learned in the sessions. For example, if you attend the session on intent monitoring listed above and you’re interested in learning more, we will be holding Ask the Expert sessions with Bombora at the Lattice booth on the expo show floor. We’ll have members from both teams available to discuss how using both fit and intent data creates the strongest predictive models, which is a vital element of the active demand stage of the new Demand Unit Waterfall™. These expert sessions will take place Monday Oct. 30 from 5:45 – 6:30 pm; Tuesday Oct. 31 from 10-10:30 am or 2:50-3:30 pm and Wednesday Nov. 1 from 10:05-10:40 am.

Finally, when you’re exhausted from thinking and talking about your technology stack all day long, the SiriusDecisions conference always has some great parties to attend where you can unwind with your fellow marketing and sales rock stars! Join us and Bombora Monday October 30th for a Halloween Soiree at the Corner Restaurant in the JW Marriott.

What are you excited to learn at this year’s Technology Exchange?
